1. What VOTE'M OUT™ is. VOTE'M OUT™ aspires to be a decentralized constitutional civic institution built on blockchain technology. Its purpose is not to elect governments, endorse parties, finance campaigns, or advocate for individual candidates; it provides a mechanism through which participants may peacefully express constitutional political sentiment. 2. Token status. $FIREM has undergone Genesis and exists as an SPL token on Solana. The official mint address is available on the Buy FIREM page. Live price and signal displays remain inactive pending deployment of the live-data service. FIREM can be acquired via Jupiter (external provider). The Shop is directed to Fourthwall (external merchandise provider).

3. Access and use. You may access and use this website as provided. No account is created at any point. Connecting a wallet does not create an account, profile, membership, or citizenship, and confers no governance rights, authority, or standing.

4. Token boundaries. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any token or asset. Nothing here constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. If $FIREM is ever acquired by anyone, that occurs voluntarily and entirely at that person's own risk, outside this website. See the Disclaimer.

5. Shop. Any merchandise purchase path, if and when provided, is directed to an external third-party provider. The project operates no cart, checkout, payment, order, fulfillment, or inventory functions. No provider is currently selected; the purchase path is inactive.

6. Intellectual property. Use of VOTE'M OUT™ marks, branding, and materials is governed by the Intellectual Property Notice, which permits broad sharing consistent with the movement's character subject to integrity conditions. 7. Third-party services. Wallet extensions, and any future data or merchandise providers, are third parties. This website does not control and is not responsible for third-party software, services, or their availability.
