THE CONSTITUTION OF VOTE'M OUT™
PREAMBLE
The Constitution of the United States established a republic founded upon the sovereignty of the people. VOTE'M OUT™ was created to reaffirm that enduring principle.
Not through parties.
Not through personalities.
But through the enduring conviction that no public office stands above accountability, and no citizen's voice should ever be forgotten.
ARTICLE I
THE MOVEMENT
The Principle
VOTE'M OUT™ is a constitutional movement powered by a Solana token.
Its premise is simple:
Public office exists to serve the people.
No office should ever become politically untouchable.
Power should never become comfortable.
Every public office carries an expiration date:
The people's confidence.

The Signal is the mechanism.
The Hierarchy
The project gives Citizens a shared purpose.
The token enables participation and symbolizes commitment to its principles.

The Constitutional Principle
Most crypto projects ask people to believe in a token.
VOTE'M OUT™ asks people to believe in a principle.
The token exists in service of the cause.
Not the other way around.

Every movement has a symbol.
Every symbol needs a ritual.
For VOTE'M OUT™, that ritual is:

The enemy is the belief that Citizens no longer matter.
Why It Matters
Because once Citizens accept that belief...
Corruption flourishes.
Broken promises are tolerated.
Lobbyists dominate.
Apathy grows.
Participation declines.
The Republic weakens.
That belief is the root.
Everything else is a branch.
The Citizen's Countermove
Organized money has always spoken loudly in Washington. Especially since 1913.
VOTE'M OUT™ gives its Citizens a way to answer in the same language.
Not with lobbyists.
Not with PACs.
Not with backroom deals.
But with a visible, public Signal backed by their own financial commitment.
CONSTITUTIONAL SAFEGUARDS
Doctrine I — Equal Accountability
VOTE'M OUT™ recognizes no permanent political allies and no permanent enemies in party politics.
Its standard is accountability alone.
No party enjoys immunity.
No holder of public office is exempt.
The same standard applies to all.
Doctrine II — Political Independence
VOTE'M OUT™ endorses principles, never candidates.
It supports accountability, never political careers.
No candidate, campaign, political party, PAC, or officeholder may claim to speak on behalf of VOTE'M OUT™.
Citizens remain free to support any candidate or political party in their personal capacity.
Those choices do not constitute positions of VOTE'M OUT™.
Doctrine III — Constitutional Sovereignty
Ownership does not confer constitutional authority.
No person can purchase greater standing through wealth.
The Constitution governs.
Not the wallet.
A hedge fund acquires 35% of the supply.
Can it rewrite the Constitution?
No.
Doctrine IV — Constitutional Permanence
The Constitution does not rise with the market, nor fall with it.

CITIZENSHIP
Ownership of FIREM confers Citizenship in VOTE'M OUT™.
Citizenship signifies participation in a shared cause dedicated to political accountability, equal standards, and civic responsibility.
No Citizen stands above the Constitution.

I affirm that public office exists to serve the people.
I affirm that no office stands above accountability.
I affirm that principle shall stand above party.
I affirm that the Constitution of VOTE'M OUT™ shall remain sovereign over this movement.

ARTICLE VI
RIGHTS OF CITIZENS
Every Citizen is entitled to equal standing under this Constitution.
Citizens possess the equal right to appeal to its provisions and to express the ideals it embodies.
No Citizen shall be favored or disadvantaged on account of political affiliation or personal political preference.
ARTICLE VII
RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITIZENS
Citizens share responsibility for preserving the Constitution, its principles, and the rights it secures for those who follow.
They should place principle above political allegiance.
They should respect the equal standing of every other Citizen.
They should advance these purposes through lawful and peaceful means.
ARTICLE VIII
CONSTITUTIONAL PERMANENCE
The Constitution of VOTE'M OUT™ shall not be subject to the authority of any person, office, council, committee, or institution.
Its principles stand as adopted and endure through the continued support of its Citizens.
The market determines the value of $FIREM.
The Constitution establishes the governing framework.
Neither commands nor submits to the other.
This Constitution shall not be amended, revised, or superseded.
RATIFICATION
This Constitution is hereby adopted as the permanent charter of VOTE'M OUT™.
Ratified by the Founder.
Entrusted to every generation of Citizens for preservation and transmission to those who follow.
DECLARATION OF PRINCIPLES
We hold these truths to be self-evident:
That public office was created to serve the people—not the careers of those who occupy it.
That elected officials are representatives—not overlords.
That government exists by the consent of the governed.
That campaign promises are obligations, not seasonal decorations.
That accountability is the price of public trust.
And that somewhere along the way...
Washington forgot.
That in Washington, public service has been transformed into an enterprise of personal enrichment.
A workplace where promises expire immediately after Election Day.
A customer-service business where the customers are treated like a nuisance.
That campaign promises are made in high definition.
Broken in standard definition.
That Washington has turned governing into professional wrestling—with flag pins instead of championship belts.
The shouting is real enough for television.
The outcomes are carefully choreographed.
That when Election Season arrives...
Hope and fear are produced on demand.
Whichever polls better gets the bigger advertising budget.
That lobbyists don't influence Washington.
They use the employee entrance.
That the revolving door between Washington and K Street spins so fast it probably qualifies as a renewable energy source.
That while some people still believe Congress answers to the people...
The lobbyists appreciate their optimism.
That politicians insist they can't be bought.
Which is true.
Because renting them every election cycle appears to work just fine.
That Washington doesn't solve problems.
It manages subscriptions to them.
That career politicians spend decades helping create problems...
...then campaign as the only people qualified to solve them.
That Washington has also solved one remarkable mystery.
No matter who wins...
The lobbyists never seem to lose.
Remarkable.
That Congress has mastered bipartisan cooperation.
Not when balancing the budget.
Not when reducing the national debt.
Not when simplifying government.
Not when restoring public trust.
But when protecting its "patrons."
And that's not the voters.
That so far, the swamp has survived every promise to drain it.
In fact, the swamp creatures appear to have granted themselves protected status and designated their habitat as federally protected wetlands.
Apparently, the permit was approved unanimously.
That Congress and the federal establishment in general consistently rank among the least trusted institutions in America.
Yet election after election...
Washington somehow manages to renew its own employment.
If this were any other profession...
There would already be cardboard boxes in the parking lot.
We reject the belief that this is simply how politics works.
But eventually, even Washington gets a performance review.
And this one is called VOTE'M OUT™.
Every promise leaves a record.
Every betrayal deserves an answer.
Words had their turn.
